Welcome! We're Eben and Monica Atwater, from Fort Worth, Texas.

This blog has come together as an expression of friendship and shared love of food and cooking. Monica and I are here to help expand the realm of what you can do with wonderful fresh food, in support of Community Based Agricultural efforts everywhere.

We have a very productive backyard garden here in Texas, and share a lifelong love of cooking and gardening. Monica is a self-taught cook with a fantastic touch and great imagination, the heart and soul behind our gardens. I've been formally trained in kitchens around the Pacific Northwest and Southwest regions of the U.S. since the mid 1970's.
