Cuttin' Kraut
Here's a few lighthearted pics of your gardeners doing fall right, prepping mass quantities of homemade sauerkraut; Yes, it looks like fun, but more to the point, I can't wait to do up some Bambi sausages with some of that Kraut!

We wish you and M had been here too, as we know you all would be as crazy as we were--and maybe we could have taken your pictures! The kraut is fermenting nicely. Looking forward to pairing it with some of those great sausages next summer!
